Frontdoor Hires More Executives for its Team

Home-service plan provider Frontdoor Inc. has made some adds to its executive team recently.

The company announced on March 10th that Jason Marshall, formerly the chief marketing officer (CMO) for Porch.com, has been named the company’s CMO. It’s also made Sena Kwawu, the former SVP of finance and business operations for Starbucks, the SVP of its operations.

“Jason and Sena are talented, high-impact leaders whose breadth of experience across a variety of industries will be tremendous assets as we implement strategies to grow our share of the $400 billion U.S. home services market,” Rex Tibbens, Frontdoor CEO, stated.

According to the company’s press release, Marshall has experience with data and engineering-based marketing, and the company hopes this will drive growth across its brands and develop new marketing opportunities.

Marshall previously worked with Porch.com, SolarWinds, Cost Plus World Marketing, and Party City. Marshall has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and information technology from Marquette University.

Kwawu has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He will oversee contractor relations for the company’s 17,000 contractor firms and 60,000 technicians and will be responsible for designing processes, metrics, and systems.
