The Rich Are Drinking This Hangover Cure

With so much talk about lemons (thanks Beyonce!) what better way to cure a hangover than with Dirty Lemon.

Dirty Lemon is a new product to hit the market that helps you detox after a night of over indulging. It infuses its product with charcoal, ginger and dandelion root in an effort to absorb toxins and aid digestion.

Charcoal has become a popular at home ingredient thought it is typically used in a hospital setting to treat overdoses or poisonings.

“Charcoal works with whatever is in your stomach at the time that you drink it,” says Zak Normandin, CEO and co-founder of Dirty Lemon. “So if you’ve had alcohol, pizza or a heavy meal, and there are ingredients you don’t want to be absorbed into your system, the charcoal is going to absorb them.”

Normandin’s goal is to market Dirty Lemon as the anti-cleans. “It’s not about fasting,” he says; “it’s about having it all.”

“Millennials want to go out at night and but also exercise during the day.”

Dirty Lemon is available via text message and Instagram and is priced at $65 for a six-pack. It’s obvious at that price that it’s being marketed as a luxury product.
