Famous piano man Billy Joel, is selling his Florida beachfront property for a cool $27 million.

The rocker’s 9,312 square foot mansion, located in Manalapan, Florida, has a total of 3.8 acres of land. Seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms are included as well as a two bedroom guest house. The mansion, built in 2005, even has a boat dock for your yacht.

According to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, the home, which has been renovated, features a stenciled Pecky Cypress ceiling and a living room with two levels along with a dressing room inside the master suite. There’s also an air-conditioned four-car garage and an upgraded chef’s kitchen “with a barrel-vaulted ceiling of Chicago brick.”

Joel purchased the property for $18.2 million in 2014. He also owns a million dollar home in Oyster Bay, Long Island.
