Adele Is Making A New Home In Beverly Hills

Is there anything better than being able to live near your best friend? According to TMZ, Adele quietly scooped up a 6,600 square foot home in Beverly Hills that’s near gal pal Jennifer Lawrence. Other celebrities in the area include Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis.

The property, valued at $9.5 million, is nestled in the exclusive Hidden Valley community. It was built in 1977 but renovated in 1991, and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms on a half-acre. There’s also a pool and a tree house in the backyard.

The purchase was made almost two months ago but wasn’t revealed until recently. According to records, Adele purchased the house under the name of “The Gatefield Trust,” and the deal closed in early April.

Adele, who has yet to move into the new home, is currently on tour and promoting her latest album, “25.”
