A Luxury Smart Phone That Costs As Much As A Car

First the James Bond of submarine yachts is revealed this year (the Migaloo), and now a luxury smartphone that officers not only military grade security but high level cyber protection for the “international elite,” has arrived.

The phone, launched by Israeli and Kazakh investors, is by a company called Sirin Labs. Sirin Labs raised $72M in seed funding to launch its first phone range, the Solarin range.

The Solarin range of phones will cost at least $13,765 for the most basic models. This is practically the cost of some brand new cars. It’s heft price tag puts it into a similar range to other high-end smartphone brands such as Vertu.

The phone will be launched next month from the UK, alongside a flagship store in Mayfair in London.
