Cheerleader Charged In Homeless Man’s Murder
The last person one would assume would have anything to do with the brutal murder of a homeless man, is a high school cheerleader.
Unfortunately in this case, a San Diego cheerleader has been charged in the connection of a deadly beating and torture of a homeless man named George Lowery.
18 year old Hailey Suder pleaded guilty this week, to two felony counts of being an accessory after the fact.
If convicted in the connection of with the death of 50 year old Lowery, she faces a maximum of 3 years and 8 months in prison.
Two other people involved in the charge are Austin Mostrong, 20, and Preston Mostrong, 19. They both pleaded not guilty on May 2nd to the murder and toture charges.
Suder was allegedly dating one of the two men though it is not confirmed which one. She will next appear in court on June 29th.
George Lowery’s body was found by his wife on April 24th, outside of their homeless camp. According to a GoFundMe page set up by the family, Lowery had suffered a stroke and was declared brain dead on April 29th.
