West Coast fast-food franchise In-N-Out is known for their delicious burgers where lines of cars are always lined up at the stores’ drive thrus.

The company isn’t happy with the latest sneakers Puma has released. In-N-Out is so upset that they have filed a lawsuit against the sneaker company for trademark infringement.

The sneakers, which were released in February, was part of a collaboration between Puma and Mike Cherman, a California designer.

The sneakers are dubbed the Cali-0 Drive Thru CC and California Drive-Thru shoes, which retail for $110 and $90 respectively. You can guess they are similar tot he colors that In-N-Out uses for its establishments.

“In-N-Out Burger did not authorize Puma’s and Cherman’s intentional use of In-N-Out’s trademarks and trade dress, including color designs and palm tree logos. … Puma and Cherman intentionally confused consumers for their own benefit and have also created the impression that our marks and unique trade dress are available for public use,” Arnie Wensinger, In-N-Out’s executive vice president told Yahoo Finance.

Puma said it does not comment on ongoing legal cases to Yahoo Finance.
