This Actress Is Demanding More Money Than Her Male Co-star

Shameless, the popular Showtime series that is about to head into its 8th season, is facing some difficulty as its leading star Emmy Rossum is demanding more money for the upcoming season.

Rossum, 30, is the eldest daughter in the Gallagher family in the show. According to sources that told Hollywood Reporter, Rossum wants more money per episode than her co-star William H. Macy.

Macy, 66, has led the show as Frank Gallagher and had just recently renegotiated his deal and got a raise that puts his salary way up there. Rossum wants some of this action, despite not having the extensive resume that Macy has. This is why he has always been paid more during the show.
