Kim Kardashian Held Up At Gun Point In Paris

Kim Kardashian’s trip to Paris took an awful turn over the weekend when she was held up at gun point in France.

The reality star, and wife of Kanye West, was robbed of $10 million in jewelry by armed men who were dressed as police in ski masks.

According to police sources who told BFM TV, the robbery, which took place at 3 a.m. local time in France, happened at No Address Hotel. Kardashian’s hands and feet were bound and she was locked into her bathroom. The criminals took off with a jewelry box that had $6.7 million dollars of jewelry in it. They also made off wth her purse, two cell phones, and 1,000 euros.

A source told E! that Kardashian “broke out of her bindings and got out.” “She begged for them to let her live and [said] she has babies at home. Then they wrapped her mouth in tape and put her in the bathtub.”

“She thought they were for sure going to kill her.”

The French Interior Ministry, according to CNN, said that the men were able to gain access to Kardashian’s private apartment after five men threatened the apartment building’s concierge with a weapon, handcuffed him and forced him to open the private apartment.
“She is badly shaken but physically unharmed,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

Her husband Kanye West abruptly ended his headlining set at Meadows Music & Arts Festival in Queens, New York after hearing the news.
West was performing “Heartless” when he interrupted the song, telling fans, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Family emergency, I have to stop the show.”
