While on break from his Purpose tour, Bieber vacationed in the French Riviera with friends and was spotted in Saint-Tropez this week sucking on a blue and white pacifier.

There’s no word yet on why the star was sucking on a binky, but he did announce this week that he’s releasing a new emoji app via the Apple Store. We can just hope that one of his emoji graphics will be sucking on a pacifier too.
