He Tried To Kill Donald Trump

Donald Trump was the victim of an attempted assassination plot this week and there isn’t too much news talking about, surprisingly.

Michael Steven Sanford, of Great Britain, tried to grab a police officer’s gun at a Donald Trump Rally in Las Vegas. The 20 year old admitted that he wanted to shoot the US candidate.

He entered no plea when appearing before a judge in Nevada, but will remain in custody until his hearing on July 5th.

He is charged with an act of violence in a restricted area.

According to court papers, Sanford said he had been planning to try to shoot Mr Trump for about a year but had decided to act now because he finally felt confident enough to do so.
