Whole Foods Has Been Hacked
After the Equifax data breach, the last thing many people want to read is about another big hack.
Whole Foods made an announcement this week that the credit card and debit card information about its customers has been exposed to hackers.
The customers are ones who had purchased meals and drinks at the company’s in-store restaurants and those who used main checkout registers and Amazon.com shoppers were not exposed.
A spokeswoman declined to answer any questions and it has not been said which of the company’s 470 stores were affected.
The company is investigating the hack.
