T-Mobile (TMUS) Will Soon End Free iPhone 7 Promotion

T-Mobile customers only have a few days left to take advantage of T-Mobile’s latest promotion; a free iPhone 7.

With the reveal of Apple’s iPhone 7 and 7 Plus this month, carriers have been trying to get their customers to hop on board for them. T-Mobile has been the most aggressive by even offering the phone free in an upgrade plan.

In the plan, new and existing customers can get a 32GB iPhone 7 phone for free or a 32GB iPhone 7 Plus phone for $120 when they trade in their iPhone 6.

The promotion was well received by customers and T-Mobile even announced that preorders for the iPhone 7 were four times larger than the iPhone 6 and preorders also set a record for the company.

T-Mobile Chief Operating Officer Mike Sievert said during the Goldman Sachs 25th Annual Communacopia Conference in New York Thursday the promotion will end this Sunday, Sept. 25.
