SharkReach Inc. (OTC: SHRK) Partners With HONJ Star Melissa Gorga
Author By Sophia VidaPosted on Earlier this year, SharkReach Inc. signed an agreement with Melissa Gorga, one of the stars in Bravo TV’s hit reality show Housewives Of New Jersey.
Gorga has over 2 million Facebook and Twitter followers. She commented on the agreement with, “So excited!! I’m an owner in #InfluencerOwned @SharkReach. Changing the game in Influencer marketing $SHRK #yes #businessowner #happymonday”.
The agreement calls for the Bravo star to receive stock options in the Company. All Influencers (both Celebrity and non-Celebrity) who are to receive shares in the Company, will receive their equity shares in the company in the form of stock options. The Company is creating a stock option plan crafted exclusively for its Influencers.
