Sears Holdings Corp announced on Tuesday that it has signed licensing deals for its Kenmore home appliance as well as DieHard batteries in an effort to expand distribution of both brands across the nation.

Cleva North America will manufacture and distribute Kenmore products to retailers internationally and Dorcy International will make and distribute the Diehard batteries.

There were no financial terms disclosed.

Not too long ago the company also announced an agreement to sell Kenmore products on Amazon’s marketplace as well as integrate the brand’s smart gadgets with Amazon’s Alexa digital assistant.

The struggling retailer has been seeing declining sales for years and has been shutting stores.
