Microsoft (MSFT) Just Landed A Major Agreement With HP

Cloud software has become the rage of the times and HP is trying to keep up with these times. HP just signed a six-year agreement with Microsoft for their cloud software, Microsoft Dynamics.

Microsoft Dynamics is Microsoft’s “customer relationship management” tool that helps salespeople track interactions with customers and prospects.

HP has been one of Salesforce’s biggest customers so this is a big achievement for Microsoft. Since Microsoft failed to buy Salesforc, the company has been competing with it.

Microsoft purchased LinkedIn for $26 billion to help its Dynamics software and to challenge Salesforce who also wanted to purchase LinkedIn.
