This Company Was Named The Number One Place to Work in America

According to one job site, it’s Facebook that has employees thrilled to work there.

Glassdoor announced on Wednesday that Facebook is ranked as number one on its “100 Best Places to Work in 2018” list.

The job site ranks companies based entirely on reviews that employees of companies post to its platform.

This year marks the first time that the social networking giant has topped the list since 2013.

This year Facebook beat out Google who now has the 5th spot on the list as well as Yahoo, who is at No. 65. Facebook even beat Apple, which is now at No.84 compared to being at No. 36 last year.

Glassdoor CEO Robert Hohman remarked, “It’s clear employees love working at Facebook,. What we really see them appreciate most is the company’s mission-driven culture, transparent leadership and the fact that their work literally impacts the lives of billions of people worldwide.”
