This Is When Apple’s iPhone 8 Will Be Launching
While there have been many rumors about Apple’s newest iPhone 8 being delayed this year, a KGI Securities analyst believes otherwise and says the phone will be released in September.
KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has been following the phone in the supply chain this year and believes the launch will happen with the launch of Apple’s newest iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus.
According to Kuo, the phone will be in a tight supply. Appleinsider has said that the phone will only have around 2-4 million available.
This isn’t too surprising considering that most of the time Apple’s iPhone is hard to get when it is first released. This happened last yeasr with the iPhone 7 Plus.
Kuo has remarked that the iPhone 8 may be hard to get initially but the tech giant will ramp up production. Applesider has said that Apple will build 45 to 50 million iPhone 8 units in 2018.
The phone will come in black, silver, and gold.
