Analyst Says Apple (AAPL) iPhone 8 Sales Will Crush Previous Records
Although Apple just released its new iPhone 7 in September, analysts are already busy calculating how well the iPhone 8 will do next year.
According to 9to5Mac, top analytics firm KGI Securities has said that Apple suppliers are slated to make 120 to 150 million iPhones in the second half of 2017. This is an amount that would crush all previous numbers.
9to5Mac reported on Tuesday that KGI Securities forecasts three new iPhones with wireless charging from Apple next year. This is one of the most anticipated features.
This will be Apple’s 10th anniversary iPhone and the company looks like it wants it to be special. According to KGI, Apple is considering more than 10 designs for the phone next year.
