The search is over for e-commerce giant on where it’s going to set up shop for its second headquarters. The company announced on Tuesday that after a year of waiting, the locations are Los Island City in New York and Arlington, Virginia.

Both locations had been widely anticipated this month and are expected to create 25,000 jobs.

“These two locations will allow us to attract world-class talent that will help us to continue inventing for customers for years to come,” Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos stated.

Amazon also revealed that Nashville, Tennessee had been chosen as a new “center of excellence” for its operations business, handling customer fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain. This center will be a 5,000 person place and hirings will begin next year at all three locations.

Amazon has said it agrees to provide a site for a new primary or secondary school, and fund infrastructure improvements and green space in New York.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio tweeted, “New York City is about to get tens of thousands of new, good paying jobs and Amazon is about to meet the most talented work force in the world in one of the most diverse places on the planet. Welcome to Queens, #HQ2.”

The 20 locations that were up for consideration this year were:
