Considering how fast Amazon.com Inc. has been growing and how big the company is today, it’s not surprising that the online retail giant is looking to build a second quarters dubbed Amazon HQ2.

Amazon Inc. is searching for a city to build a second headquarters in that will be just as big as the one it has in Seattle right now.

The company announced on Thursday that it intends to put more than $5 billion towards building and operating it. There could be as many as 50,000 employees at the new headquarters with an average yearly salary of over $100,000. At its Seattle headquarters, the company currently has 40,000 employees.

“We expect HQ2 to be a full equal to our Seattle headquarters,” CEO Jeff Bezos said in a statement.

“Amazon HQ2 will bring billions of dollars in up-front and ongoing investments, and tens of thousands of high-paying jobs. We’re excited to find a second home.”
