Netflix (NFLX) Users Just Got Something To Jump Up And Down About It
Author By Sophia VidaPosted on Netflix made a big announcement on Wednesday, revealing that Netflix users will now be able to download select shows and movies for offline viewing.
This means if you have a not so reliable internet connection that goes in and out, you can watch your stuff with no interruptions offline instead.
Eddy Wu, the company’s director of product innovation said on the company’s blog, “While many members enjoy watching Netflix at home, we’ve often heard they also want to continue their ‘Stranger Things’ binge while on airplanes and other places where Internet is expensive or limited.”
The download is now available on the latest version of Netflix’s app on iOS and Android.
Keep in mind that these downloads have an expiration time, some within 48 hours, while others expire seven days from the time you press the play button.
