Kevin Spacey to be Charged for Sexual Assault of a Teenager
Looks like actor Kevin Spacey is facing a charge of sexual assault of a teenager next month.
According to a Massachusetts prosecutor, the former “House of Cards” actor is scheduled to be arraigned next month on a charge of indecent assault and battery on allegations he sexually assaulted a teenage boy in a restaurant in Nantucket called the Club Car Restaurant. The boy incidentally is the son of a former Boston television anchor.
Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe told The Boston Globe that Spacey is due in Nantucket District Court on Jan. 7.
O’Keefe says a criminal complaint was issued by a clerk magistrate during a public show-cause hearing last week.
It was in November of last year that Heather Unrush, said Spacey had put his hand down her then 18-year old son’s pants and grabbed his genitals.
