How Did Apple’s (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook Just Make $28 Million?
According to a SEC filing this week, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook collected about $28.7 million after selling 269,883 shares of his company.
These shares are merely just a fraction of the 1,260,000 shares that he unlocked last week because he reached tenure of five years as CEO of Apple.
Last month he also sold $36 million of this stock, bringing his total so far to about $65 million. The CEO still has about 3.5 million shares in Apple that will sit over the next five years and he still holds over 1 million shares in the tech giant worth about $110 million.
