Disney and Universal are Closing its California Parks
It seems like everything is being cancelled except our student loans due to the coronavirus outbreak.
From sport games to concerts, buffets, and even actual countries, there has been a lot of effort being given to combat this deadly virus.
Disney and Universal both made big moves this week announcing that they would close their California parks in March to halt the spread of the coronavirus.
Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure will close starting Saturday, March 14 until April and Universal Studios Hollywood also will close on Saturday. It anticipates reopening on March 28.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom also told Californians to cancel or postpone events involving more than 250 people.
Walt Disney World will also be closed March 16, and stay closed through the end of the month.
Disney Cruise Line will also suspend all new departures beginning on Saturday through the end of the month.
The hotels at Walt Disney World will remain open and so will retail and dining complexes until further notices.
Disney said it will continue to pay cast members while the park is closed.
