Apple Just Sent Out Invites for Its September Event
It’s that time of the year again. When summer starts fizzling away and we start wondering what kind of new products and updates tech giant Apple has up its sleeve.
The iPhone maker has sent out invites for its highly awaited September 10th event where new iPhones are expected to appear.
The company sent out invitations to the media for its annual September event where it is also expected to give final details and pricing on its streaming TV service, Apple TV+.
Apple has even said that there would be more products such as new MacBooks and iPads.
The event will take place on Sept. 10 at the Steve Jobs Theater, in Cupertino, California.
According to some reports which have leaked out information, the company is expected to announce not one, not two, but three new iPhone models.
It was on Thursday that Apple also announced a new repair program that offers customers additional
options for the most common out-of-warranty iPhone® repairs.
“To better meet our customers’ needs, we’re making it easier for independent providers across the US to tap into the same resources as our Apple Authorized Service Provider network,” said Jeff Williams, Apple’s chief operating officer. “When a repair is needed, a customer should have confidence the repair is done right. We believe the safest and most reliable repair is one handled by a trained technician using genuine parts that have been properly engineered and rigorously tested.”
There is no cost to join Apple’s independent repair program. To qualify for the new program, businesses need to have an Apple-certified technician who can perform the repairs.
