Apple Just Launched a Program that Will Please Many MacBook Owners
A new service has been launched by tech giant Apple that provides free repair for MacBook and MacBook Pro keyboards.
Even better is that the company will even replace some keys or entire keyboards of necessary for absolutely no cost.
Apple has been listening to some complaints from users about how keys on the keyboard can get stuck or do not register when they are tapped.
Qualifying computers in the program are MacBook models that were built from 2015 to 2017 and MacBook Pros from 2016 and 2017.
The company has said:
Apple has determined that a small percentage of the keyboards in certain MacBook and MacBook Pro models may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:
– Letters or characters repeat unexpectedly
– Letters or characters do not appear
– Key(s) feel “sticky” or do not respond in a consistent manner
