Activity-tracking watches have been the craze this past few years, even if they promise more than they deliver.

Samsung has approached the activity tracking watch with a new feature, a built in GPS.

The company just announced its new Samsung Gear Fit 2, the follow up to the original Samsung Gear Fit, released in 2014.

The new version, which has an updated design, also has built-in GPS, and the ability to automatically recognize certain activities.

Using the GPS sensors, the wristband tracks an assortment of standards and metrics such as: steps, sleep, various activities, and heart rate. It also includes a daily timeline view of your daily activities, and will show entire maps of running or cycling routes after you’ve finished your activity.

The Gear Fit 2 costs $179 and will ship before the end of the year.
