Even Adele Thinks Best Album Belonged To Beyonce

Adele stole the Grammy show on Sunday snagging every award she was nominated for, including Best Album of the year.

During her acceptance speech for Best Album, the “Hello” singer admitted that the award belonged to Beyonce for her album “Lemonade.”

“I can’t possibly accept this award,” said Adele during her acceptance speech. “The Lemonade album was just so

monumental, Beyoncé. It was so monumental and well thought-out and beautiful and soul-bearing… we appreciate that. All of us artists here adore you. You are our light.”

Adele later said backstage: “I thought it was her year. What the fuck does she have to do to win Album of the Year?”
