T-Mobile (TMUS) Just Did Something That May Upset Its Customers

Posted on

T-Mobile had some news that may disappoint new customers. The only option for new customers now will be unlimited plans which are more expensive than some of the company’s old limited plans.

Starting January 22nd, T-Mobile will stop selling those limited plans and only offer unlimited plans. The good news for old existing customers is that they can keep their current plans.

According to the carrier’s website, “while some existing customers could switch to the $70-a-month unlimited plan and save money, others would pay more.”

Oh and these unlimited plans are not exactly unlimited because if the network is busy, T-Mobile may slow speeds for customers that use more than 28gb. Great..
