Kohl’s Will Allow Amazon’s Returns At Certain Locations

Some Amazon customers may be very happy to learn that Kohl’s department store is opening its doors to Amazon returns.
The store will pack and ship eligible items back to Amazon’s fulfillment center for absolutely no cost.

The service is set to kick off in November and will be available at 82 Kohl’s stores in Los Angeles and Chicago.

It was just this past summer that Amazon and Kohl’s announced a partnership where Kohl’s would be selling the online giant retailer’s devices including the Echo and Fire Tablets at ten Kohl’s locations.

“This is a great example of how Kohl’s and Amazon are leveraging each other’s strengths – the power of Kohl’s store portfolio and omnichannel capabilities combined with the power of Amazon’s reach and loyal customer base,” remarked Richard
Schepp, Kohl’s chief administrative officer.

Even more exciting for customers returning Amazon returns is that there will be “designated parking spots” near the front store entrances so that it can be more convenient and faster to drop off the returns.
