Bad news for some General Mills employees. The struggling cereal maker who has seen weaker sales for cereal and yogurt, has made the decision to cut jobs.

Between 400-600 jobs will be cut around the world in an effort to restructure its business. In the restructuring, General Mills President and Chief Operating Officer Jeff Harmening will now oversee global operations.

The owner of brands that include Cheerios and Haagen-Dazs ice cream, had around 39,000 employees in May of 2016.
