Starbuck’s new loyalty program has customers fuming so hard that the company’s buzz score dropped 50% in just eight days. The coffee powerhouse had a score of 60 before dropping to as low as 29.
The buzz score was gathered from people who have made Starbucks purchases in the last 30 days and range from -100 to 100.
Starbuck’s new loyalty program will soon be based on how much money customers spend compared to the current My Starbucks Rewards program that allows customers to earn one “star” per visit.
