Amazon.com just announced that it will be hiring more than 120,000 seasonal workers this holiday season in the U.S.

This is 20% more than the retail giant hired last year, and just shows how the company is thriving.

Other retailers in the United States, such as Target Corp, Macy’s Inc, and Kohls, announced plans to hire fewer temporary workers this season.

According to the U.S. National Retail Federation, a 3.6 percent rise in holiday sales this year has been forecast, with online sales expected to climb 7 percent to 10 percent.
