Well.. the Kardashians are known for their long flowing manes, that never actually grew out of their scalp. Now Kourtney Kardashian is passing along the tradition of fake hair to her daughter Penelope Disick.

The young girl is only 4 years old and was seen sporting long hair that goes down to her hips. Now, many 4 year-olds have long hair, but Penelope was recently spotted with hair that reaches just barely below her shoulders.

Can hair grow that quickly? Nope.
